Bob Templeton
As the son of retired school Superintendents, Bob Templeton learned early to value the role education plays in the lives of families and kids. After graduating from Abilene Christian University, he realized he shared his parents’ desire to have an impact on public education.
Bob saw the value of enrollment forecasting, attendance zone planning, impacts of housing growth, and school site analysis to better prepare a district for future development. This new path of demographics in the education industry led him to expand his mission to school districts across the USA.

Rocky Gardiner
Rocky began his career at the Texas Department of Transportation providing the socio-economic and land use data needed to support presentations and analysis. Learning to create demographic analysis with GIS he made an upward move to Manager of Research for The North Texas Council of Governments.
Using the city planning knowledge and GIS expertise, he found his way to the Templeton Demographics Segment of Metrostudy as Director of School District Consulting. The combination of his knowledge with city planning, GIS and school district consulting make Rocky a valuable member of the TD team.

Trent Smith
As a Business Marketing major from Abilene Christian University, Trent began his school demographic path with the Templeton team. With family members in education, he too has a heart and desire to help school districts plan for the future. Early on in this career, Trent oversaw the production of final reports. With expertise, Trent has expanded in combining the GIS data along with the statistical data prepared for each individual district into a consultant role in which districts can value. This experience has made Trent the right person to help grow Zonda Education through a keen understanding of client needs and new markets for our services.

Kaitlyn Durham
Earning a Creative Writing degree from The University of North Texas and a Political Science and English degree from Texas A&M University, Kaitlyn supports the Templeton team with preparing and proofing demographic reports for accuracy and consistency, formulating spreadsheet data for each new school year, as well as assisting each team member with various requests.

Garrett Seale
Proudly serving in the United States Air Force for 8 years before graduating from The University of Oklahoma with GIS degree, Garrett brings teamwork and dedication to the Templeton team. He diligently works with GIS and research gathering valuable data to assist school districts with future planning.

Brian Leonard
Brian has joined our growing team to assist the researchers in compiling reports for all levels of clients. He is learning to assist the annual, bi-annual, quarterly as well as demographic study clients with accurate data for report building.

Reagan Teinert
Reagan is a graduate of Angelo State University. Her family of educators gives her the understanding of how school district needs are met. She assists all of our team in preparation of report building. Reagan adds value to the team by rolling up spreadsheet data to assist the GIS team and consultants with early prep of projections and accuracy of data.

Dillon Sahs
Dillon has moved from intern to analyst to assist the GIS team in the creation of several pieces of the demographic reports. Dillan sets up projects, creates planning areas, geocodes data and creates specific map needs for our clients.

Fernando Leon
Fernando received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and a Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. He worked for several years in Dallas public schools and brings experience with GIS software and city planning. Fernando leads the GIS team in data gathering, student geocodes, district map making and planning area forecasts.
